Planned and executed Facebook leads campaigns to reach specific audiences by demographic, geography and interest. Grew audiences through paid Facebook likes campaigns. Assisted in social media planning, content creation and editing. Created successful social media contests that reached the desired audience and reinforced brand. Dug up creative blog post topics by mining content from experts from all four businesses.

Oversaw effective and consistent email communications to determine what content drove open rates and clicks. Developed flexible templates to speed up production of email lay-out and deployment. 

Gathered customer testimonials to better understand their experiences with Sweet Family products and services to tell more authentic, personal stories.

Converted in-person sales events and services to online experiences to pivot to 'contact-less' demands of COVID shut down.

Managed heavy project load from month long campaigns to quick turn deliverables. Comfortable managing marketing work flow using Basecamp, Wrike and Workamajig applications.

Maintained relationships with internal and external vendors to produce marketing collateral.
