Crescendo Coffee & More was created to become a destination for Fort Wayne’s historic south side. Dedicated to the neighborhoods and serving locally sourced menu items—a 2020 launch was kick started with free coffee samples to residents of neighborhood zip codes. Social media, print and radio were used to reach families, stay at home parents, professionals looking for a place to work and college students. I was part of the team that planned the launch, cultivated an email list, established the brand and managed all marketing efforts to successfully drive customers the new cafe.
